Bengkak usus.

Mengadu selalu sakit bahagian kiri perut (secara spesifik ialah di LIF rujuk # Anatomy abdomen.)

Dah 4 tahun dia mengidap sakit ni. Period pulak memang ada masalah sejak umo 13 tahun. Buang air besar pulak tak berapa lawas. Buang angin die kate no problem. Buang air kecil takde hal.

Hasil pemeriksaan, memang rasa sakit bila press di bahagian yang dinyatakan. Tapi, takde penemuan lain.

Aku suspek, samada masalah kencing kotor atau masalah sakit puan.

Check urine -> Normal.
Mintak tolong Dr yang in-charge ibu mengandung tolong scan -> takde fibroid/ ovarian cyst. Tapi yang nampak 'usus bengkak'.

Aku proceed with AXR (abdominal XRay)

Jeng..jeng..jeng...

XRay abdomen patient aku.
Square hijau - faecal loaded
(means najis semua penuh kat situ).
Bulat merah - distended bowel/Usus bengkak.
Warna hitam - gas in large bowel
(gas yang terkepung dalam usus besar).

Alzheimer.

     A Chinese man who I used to see before came to see me back today. Last time, I met him at other room. But today at another room. Maybe because of that he didn't recognize me.

     Today, he brought up the same topic - regarding his TIA (Transient ischaemic attack). Basically he asked all the same Qs he already asked during the previous visits. So that I gave him same answers. Aku rasa uncle ni dah Alzheimer (penyakit lupa) but it's really difficult to sort out because he always comes alone. Macamanalah nak tanya keadaan dia kat rumah kan.

     Dia tak abis2 condemn doctor last yang rawat dia. Aku layankan je..
- Doktor tak faham penyakit dia.
- Doktor tak check dia.
- Doktor tak order blood untuk dia.
- Doktor tak review blood results dia yang dah lepas.
- Doktor tak bagi rawatan yang bagus untuk dia.
Bla...bla...bla...

Aku: Uncle, Dr tu dah buat those things for you. Maybe you forgot.
Sambil tu aku explain balik semua benda yang previous doctor dah explain kat dia. But that uncle still not satisfied. Still condemn.

Lama-kelamaan..cam never ending story je..

Aku: The last doctor that saw you was me.
Uncle: I cannot remember.
Aku: Yes uncle. It was me.
Uncle: What's your name, doctor?
Aku: Am Dr. Shikin.
Uncle: I still can't remember.
